The 55th annual Vrbo Fiesta Bowl will be the home of a College Football Playoff Semifinal on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with the winner heading to the CFP National Championship game. Meanwhile, the 36th annual Rate Bowl - Bowl Season's only Big 12 vs. Big Ten matchup - returns to downtown Phoenix, where a Major League Baseball park is transformed into a college football field, on December 26, 2025.
