Fiesta Sports Foundation

Kevin McNally joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation in November 2025 as the Director of People & Culture, bringing a wealth of experience optimizing HR operations and strengthening employee engagement and performance. 

McNally brings over a decade of Human Resources experience, spanning fast-growing start-ups to established Fortune 500 organizations, to his current role at the Foundation. Before this, he served as an HR Director responsible for creating all facets of the HR department for a start-up based in Arizona. While at Amazon Corporation, he held the position of Regional HR Manager for Southern California. McNally launched his career at Target Corporation, serving in leadership roles as an Executive Team Leader and Store Director where he developed key competencies in talent management and team leadership.

McNally attended the University of Oregon earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. While at Oregon, McNally competed in Cross-Country and Track & Field, where he was part of two national championships in Cross-Country and four Pac-10 championships in Track & Field. In 2024, he earned his SHRM-SCP certification.
