Christian Dempster joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation as Vice President of Game and Event Operations in July 2025 to elevate and enhance the Foundation's year-round event portfolio.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in large-scale event production, operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Fiesta Sports Foundation, Dempster served as senior vice president of events at Indiana Sports Corp, one of the nation's premier sports events organizers, where he oversaw marquee events such as the Big Ten Football Championship Game, Big Ten Football Media Days and played a key leadership role in the 2024 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials, the first to be staged inside a football stadium.
Dempster spent more than a decade with IMG, leading global productions including the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, The World’s Strongest Man and international Color Run 5K events. Prior to that role, he worked at Red Bull North America spearheading the Red Bull Air Race World Championship in North America, landing events in cities such as San Diego, New York City and Windsor, Canada.
Originally from California, Dempster earned his master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State San Marcos.
He and his wife enjoy golf, live music and travel.
