Dan Filby joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation Board of Directors in April 2024.
Filby is chief executive officer and board member at AccuSourceHR, the leading provider of background screening, and is the founder and CEO of PV Capital Group. Prior to AccuSourceHR, Filby held leadership roles as CEO at Universal Background, HighWire and First Advantage, leading the global teams to achieve healthy growth, innovation and successful M&A. Filby is a member of Young President Organization (YPO), a former board member of National Employment Opportunity Network (NEON) and the Silicon Valley CUE as well as a former advisor to the Northern Ireland Executive Government. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wilfred Laurier University and Lean Six Sigma Masters from Villanova University.
