Dave Dorward joined the Board of Directors in 2020.
Dorward was most recently the Yellow Jacket Committee Chair for the 2019-20 season, leading the group to fundraise a record $3.42 million. An active member of the Yellow Jacket Committee since 2010, he was named Committee Member of the Year in 2015-16, and served as Sales Commissioner in 2015, Lead Commissioner in 2016 and Lead Engagement Sales Commissioner in 2017. Dorward has also served as a team liaison and chaired multiple events, including the Fiesta Bowl Parade.
Outside of the Fiesta Sports Foundation, Dorward serves as the Senior Resident Director of the North Scottsdale Office for Merrill Lynch and is Managing Director with the firm. Dorward has held a number of leadership positions with the firm and was named to the prestigious Forbes "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" list.
Dorward is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Organization (Class XXI), was previously on the Ronald Reagan Library Advisory Board Council and is a former Board Member of the Phoenix Regional Sports Commission.
A lifelong Phoenician who attended Shadow Mountain High School, Dorward graduated from Northern Arizona University. He and his wife, Jen, are the proud parents of Dayna and Dawson.
