Don Reese joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation Board of Directors in 2022.
Reese has been an accomplished leader as an automotive executive for more than 30 years. An avid college football fan (especially Notre Dame), Reese moved to Arizona in Chief Executive Officer at DriveTime, one of the nation’s used car retail and finance company organizations, headquartered in Tempe. While there, he learned about the Fiesta Sports Foundation as a corporate partner of the Wishes for Teachers program. He now serves on the DriveTime Board of Directors and as a strategic advisor.
Reese served in senior leadership positions at AutoNation and other companies across the nation. Reese is also a partner at New York-based private equity firm Franchise Equity Partners, a minority interest investor in franchise auto retail dealerships as well as other franchise verticals.
Reese and his wife, Janie, are the parents of two daughters and twin granddaughters. Daughter Alexandria is a 2012 graduate of Arizona State University and Samantha was an All-America diver as an undergraduate at Purdue University before graduating from Creighton Nursing School in Phoenix.
