Fiesta Sports Foundation

Lenny Paoletta joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation in 2019 as the Game Operations and Event Coordinator and currently serves as the Director of Event Development & Operations as of February 2024. He was previously promoted to Senior Manager of Game and Events in 2023 and Game Operations and Event Manager in 2021.
 
Paoletta’s main focus is managing the Rate Bowl, while also helping stage the organizations' other year-round events.
 
Before the Fiesta Sports Foundation, he was Seasonal Events Coordinator with the Kansas City Chiefs, overseeing day-to-day operations of the fan-facing logistics of the Chiefs training camp.

Paoletta has spent time around the country, at the Sugar Bowl, University of Massachusetts Men’s Lacrosse and the Los Angeles 2028 Exploratory Committee for the Olympic Games.

Paoletta enjoys playing video games and traveling.
