ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
The Rate Bowl strongly encourages all fans to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Fans should be aware of the following policies:

  • Valid I.D. is required for purchase. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification.
  • Acceptable forms of valid United States identification for alcoholic beverage purchases are: U.S. Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card w/ Photo or Military I.D. w/ Photo.
  • International Driver’s Licenses are not accepted. Passports are required in those instances.
  • Alcohol service is limited to 32 ounces of beer, one liter of wine or four ounces of distilled spirits, and no more than two drinks per person, per identification.
  • All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage.
  • Alcohol sales cease at the end of the third quarter.
  • No alcoholic beverages can be brought inside events. Any attempt to bring in alcohol or possession of an alcoholic beverage not purchased from the event concessionaire may result in ejection.
  • Fans providing alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Stadium reserves the right to deny service or eject fans who show signs of impairment and/or intoxication.
  • Management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time without prior notice.
  • Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.

 
ATMS
For your convenience Chase field provides automatic teller machines, operated and maintained by Chase, located at the following ballpark locations: Section 131 and 325C.

Chase Field is a Cash-less venue…We do have reverse ATMs at Sections 106, 128 (in front of Guest Relations), & 322 (in front of Guest Relations).

BAND & CHEER PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
Rate Bowl is honored to host the marching bands, cheerleaders and mascots from each institution. Each marching band will perform during the opening ceremonies starting at 2:00 pm and during halftime.

CAMERA POLICY
Hand-held video and non-professional still cameras may be brought into Chase Field provided game action is not recorded, as mandated by ESPN. Here are the guidelines for non-professional cameras:

  • The camera cannot affect the sight lines of other guests while sitting in your area.
  • The lens length on your camera cannot extend past 8 inches.
  • The lens width on your camera cannot be wider than 4 inches.
  • No tri-pods or mono-pods may be used to stabilize your camera.


CHILDREN
Children of all ages need their own ticket in order to enter the stadium.
To help avoid the separation of children and parents at Chase Field, seat location wristbands are available at the Guest Services Centers (Sections 128 and 322). If a family chooses to participate in the program, they will be given a wristband with their child’s seat location written on it, which their child will wear throughout the event.

CLEAR BAGS
A clear bag policy is in effect for the Rate Bowl. Fans entering the plaza and stadium entrances will be permitted to carry the following type and size of bag:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Small clutch bag or wallet, with or without a handle, that does not exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (ziplock bag or similar). The Rate Bowl will have these bags available in limited quantities at Chase Field gates on game day.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Diaper Bags are authorized upon inspection for guests with toddler/infant children.
  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses or wallets larger than a clutch bag, non-clear bags of any kind, seat cushions, GoPro and professional cameras, large signs, noisemakers or any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security
  • For your convenience, Mobile Lockers will be onsite to store oversized bags
  • Mesh and tinted bags are prohibited.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Fans wearing clothing or carrying signs deemed obscene or indecent will not be allowed entry and are subject to ejection from the stadium. Foul or abusive language and obscene gestures will not be tolerated. Fighting, taunting, threatening remarks and inappropriate gestures will not be tolerated. Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to any type of illegal drug or excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. Excessive standing in seating areas that blocks the view of other fans will not be tolerated. Other actions that cause a disruption and hinder the enjoyment of the game for other fans per the judgment of the stadium staff or security will not be tolerated.

CONCESSIONS
Levy Restaurants is the exclusive food provider at Chase Field. Concession stands do not accept cash, but accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).

CONTAINERS, COOLERS AND OTHER ITEMS
The following items are permitted at Chase Field:
Food:
Food is permitted as long as it’s in a clear plastic bag. Any food item should be brought in an approved clear bag.

Beverages:

  • Only non-flavored/non-carbonated water in sealed, plastic bottles
  • EMPTY plastic water bottles
  • SEALED single serving juice boxes
  • Formula/baby food
The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Chase Field.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at the Chase Field Ticket Office, Team Shops and concession stands.

EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS

Anyone expecting urgent phone calls (i.e., emergency) should leave their name and seat location at one of the Guest Relations Centers located across from sections 128 or 322. Please note that public address or video board paging will not be permitted. Guests can also be reached via the Guest Relations Centers from the time gates open (2 hours prior to game time) and approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game at 602.462.4020.

ESCALATORS & ELEVATORS
Escalators are located inside the main plaza gates (west side of the stadium) for your convenience. All escalators only go up prior to game time and only go down starting in the middle of the fourth quarter.

Elevators are located on the Main Concourse in Sections 104, 117, 127 and 140, and on the Diamond Level - across from suites 26 and 43 as well as in the northwest and northeastern corners. Elevators are also located in the Upper Concourse, across from Sections 311 and 321 and in the northwest and northeastern corners.

50/50 RAFFLE 
50/50 Raffle sales will begin on December 26 and will conclude on January 8. During the Rate Bowl and College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl, 50/50 raffle sellers can be found throughout the stadium wearing yellow shirts, or at a designated kiosk located on the main concourse.

The 50/50 Raffle Winner will be announced on January 8 in the fourth quarter of the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl and posted online. For 50/50 Raffle questions please email charities@fiestabowl.org.

FAN GROUND RULES
The Rate Bowl and Chase Field staff are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. The following guidelines have been established regarding guest conduct:

  • Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest.
  • Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing and or body art will not be allowed entry into the ballpark.
  • Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the ballpark.
  • Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
  • Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.

There are two First Aid Stations at Chase Field, both of which are located in the northeast corner of the facility.

GUEST RELATIONS CENTERS
Guest Relations Centers are located on the Main Concourse at Section 128 as well as on the Upper Concourse at Section 322. These locations are staffed from the time gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions, register concerns and get help with any problems that may occur at Chase Field.

LIGHT RAIL
Chase Field is conveniently located near numerous Metro Light Rail stations. Light Rail trains run every 24 minutes on evenings and weekends and tickets can be purchased at any Light Rail Station with cash, credit or debit card. It is recommended that passes are purchased in advance to avoid long lines at the vending machines. Singe ride tickets and all-day passes are available for purchase. Light Rail Stations near Chase Field:

  • West Bound at Jefferson Street between 3rd and 4th Street
  • East Bound at Washington Street between 2nd and 3rd Street

LOST & FOUND
During an event, recovered items are turned into Guest Relations Centers located on the Main Concourse across from Section 128 or on the Upper Concourse across from Section 322. After each event, guests who may have lost an item are encouraged to visit www.dbacks.com/lost and fill out the online form regarding the lost item. Please note that the guest will only receive a call back if an item has been found / turned in.

Merchandise stands are located throughout the stadium and accept major credit cards.

Prior to game day, fans may purchase official Rate Bowl merchandise online at this link and at the Fiesta Bowl Museum located at 7135 East Camelback Road, Suite 190 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
 
MOBILE TICKETS
You must download and login to the SeatGeek mobile app to access your tickets.  The app is available on your phone’s app store.

Please view your mobile tickets on the SeatGeek mobile app prior to your arrival at Chase Field so that you are prepared to show your tickets to the ticket scanner as you approach the game. Mobile Tickets are individually barcoded allowing one scan per entry. Any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell copies of the Mobile Ticket may result admittance being refused to the event. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets. All game tickets and parking passes for the same event will be in one link and can be accessed by logging in to the SeatGeek app. If you are having issues with your Mobile Tickets, please contact the Fiesta Bowl Ticket Office at 480.350.0911 or visit Fiestabowl.org/tickets.

PARKING
All Parking passes are Mobile. Mobile parking passes are available for advance purchase by Lower Seed SeatGeek.com or the SeatGeek app. You may also purchase passes over the phone by calling the Rate Bowl Ticket Office at 480.350.0911. Parking lots will open at 8:30 a.m. on December 26.
 
On game day, parking passes may be purchased at the Phoenix Convention Center East Garage and Chase Field Garage upon arrival.

The Phoenix Convention Center Garage may be accessed from Washington Street heading Westbound past 7th Street or from Jefferson Street heading Eastbound past 5th Street.
 
The Chase Field Garage may be accessed from Buchanan Street off of 4th Street or 5th Street.

PLAYER GUEST TICKETS
All Player Guest tickets will be printed and must be distributed on game day only at the corresponding Player Pass Gate. Player Guest tickets must enter the specified Banner Health Center Field Gate located on the North side of Chase Field across from the intersection of Jefferson Street and 5th Street. The Player Guest gate will open 2 hours prior to kickoff. All tickets are subject to verification by team representatives, according to NCAA bylaws. Please contact your team’s ticket office for any additional information regarding these tickets.

Please note, player / team will call is operated by the participating team, not the Rate Bowl.  All questions and complaints regarding player / team will call should be directed towards the participating teams.

For fan safety and enjoyment, the following items are prohibited at Chase Field:

  • Animals (except for service animals)
  • Alcohol
  • Aerosol cans
  • Drones and other remote controlled vehicles
  • Drugs or other illegal substances (including medical marijuana)
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks or other incendiary devices
  • Camera Tri, Dual or Single Leg Pods by Non-Media Personnel
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, razors or shoes with wheels
  • Obscene, offensive, indecent or inappropriate clothing/attire
  • Blow horns or Noisemakers
  • Umbrellas
  • Fishing Nets
  • Beach Balls, balloons or other inflatables (without prior approval)
  • Laser Pens
  • Flags with poles
  • Banners containing commercial, political or obscene material or that block guest views
  • Frisbees
  • Bicycles (may be parked at approved bike parking racks)
  • "Bubble-making" liquids, machines, etc. for blowing bubbles
  • Backpacks
  • Bags and wallets exceeding the size of a small clutch bag (6.5" W x 4.5" H)

RE-ENTRY
Re-entry into the stadium is not allowed. The only re-entry allowed will be to use the designated smoking areas. A re-entry card and ticket are required.
 
RESTROOMS
There are restrooms located throughout Chase Field. There are men’s and women’s wheelchair-accessible restrooms on the east, west and north main concourses. Family restrooms are located behind Sections 109, 135, 219, 307, 330 and G. There are portable toilets located on the field level for guests with bleacher tickets.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RESTROOMS

RIDE SHARE DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
Ride Share services, such as Uber and Lyft, have a suggested pickup and drop off area at 3rd Street south of Washington Street.
 
ROOF
The roof will be closed for the Rate Bowl game. Please keep in mind that while Chase Field has a roof, it does not have heat. Therefore, temperatures inside the stadium may be cooler than expected. There is a no re-entry policy in effect, so plan ahead before entering the game.

SECURITY POLICIES & PROTOCOLS
All guest must enter through a metal detector and abide by clear bag and prohibited items policies.

Chase Field security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for guests, players and employees. It is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days a year and is equipped with closed-circuit television, door alarms and perimeter lighting.

On game days, security is supplemented with staff from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the City of Phoenix Police Department.

SMOKING
Chase Field is designated as a non-smoking facility. For those guests wanting to smoke, designated areas outside the facility are located at areas:
  • Outside of Gate A (north plaza)
  • Outside of Gate F
  • Outside of Gate J (east)
  • Outside of Gate K (northeast)

As these locations are outside the ballpark, a re-entry card and ticket are required.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites or restrooms.

The policies outlined above apply to electronic cigarettes, cigars, as well as traditional cigarettes.

STADIUM TICKET OFFICE
The ticket office will operate from the Chase Field Box Office ONLY ON GAME DAY, Friday, December 26, 2025, beginning at 10:30 am. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the Rate Bowl Ticket Office at 480.350.0911 or online at RateBowl.com or SeatGeek.com.

STROLLERS

Chase Field welcomes guests that bring and utilize their own strollers however, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general guest movement or block any aisle ways. Guests may check strollers in at one of our Guest Relations offices on the Main Concourse (Section 128) and Upper Concourse (Section 322). Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search by game day security staff.

TICKETS
Tickets purchased from the Fiesta Sports Foundation are digital and can be accessed through your Account Manager on the SeatGeek mobile app.  Please login and view your tickets ahead of game day to verify your complete order.  All tickets purchased from the Fiesta Sports Foundation are final and non-refundable.  Any issues with tickets purchased from a third party will need to be handled with that seller directly.  The Fiesta Sports Foundation is not responsible or liable for any monetary complications with tickets purchased on the secondary market. 

TICKET REISSUE
All mobile tickets can be accessed by logging in to your Account Manager on the SeatGeek mobile app. You must download and login to the SeatGeek mobile app to access your tickets. The app is available on your phone’s app store. If you are having issues logging in, please contact the SeatGeek customer service team by calling 888-798-8826 or emailing football@seatgeek.com. On Game Day, depending on circumstance, tickets may be Reissued via SMS text messaging. Printed tickets are not an option for reissued tickets.
 
TRANSFERS
Mobile tickets can be transferred by email or mobile phone number using the SeatGeek mobile app or through your Account Manager on SeatGeek.com.

WEAPONS
Fans are not permitted to bring firearms or any other weapons inside any Rate Bowl events.
 
WEATHER NOTICE
The Valley of the Sun is aptly named. Although summer temperatures routinely reach triple digits, the winter months are much cooler and evenings are often chilly. When planning your game day experience for this year’s Rate Bowl, please remember to wear layered clothing and bring a coat. The sun is expected to set at approximately 5:00 pm MST on game day. Therefore, though you may be experiencing a beautiful 66-degree day on your way to the stadium, temperatures could drop as low as 40 degrees before the game reaches halftime. There is a no re-entry policy in effect, so be sure to plan ahead before entering the stadium.

WHEELCHAIR SERVICE

Chase Field has a limited number of wheelchairs available to assist guests to and from their seats. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location and back to one of the gates at the conclusion of the game, please notify a Chase Field Guest Relations Representative. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, these can only be used to transport guests and cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while watching the game. Safety considerations limit wheelchair capacity to 250 pounds or less. Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the exit they want to go to.
