Fiesta Sports Foundation

Buddy McGill joined the Fiesta Sports Foundation as a Staff Accountant in August 2025 to support the Foundation’s financial infrastructure.

Prior to joining the Foundation, McGill was an Accounting Analyst at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel where he managed accounts receivable and payable, enhancing financial accuracy and reporting efficiency. He also served as a Mortgage Broker at Compass Mortgage Planners, one of the top 10 mortgage brokers in Arizona, where he provided residential mortgage for purchase and refinance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Assurance  Associate for RSM US, the fifth largest public accounting firm, where he specialized in the financial sector, focusing on hedge funds, private equity, and employee benefit plans.

Originally from Kansas City, McGill earned his post-baccalaureate certificate in accountancy from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Business: Global Leadership from Arizona State University.
