All tickets can be accessed and managed through the Fiesta Bowl App available on iOS (Apple) and Google Play (Android).

To offer greater convenience and safety, only mobile tickets will be available for the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl and Guaranteed Rate Bowl. Tickets can be easily downloaded, saved and stored to your smartphone's digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). You will have the ability to download, share, manage and transfer your tickets prior to gamedays via the official Fiesta Bowl app or by visiting fiestabowl.org/myaccount.

STEP 1: Your tickets will be emailed to the email address used to originally purchase your tickets prior to gameday.

STEP 2: Download your tickets and save them to your smartphone's digital wallet.

STEP 3: You can manage, share, transfer or sell your tickets by logging into your account at fiestabowl.org/myaccount.

STEP 4: On gameday, make sure your tickets are downloaded and/or in your digital wallet for easiest access to the game.

STEP 2: Login with your email or account number and password you used to buy tickets or accept a transfer.

All PlayStation© Fiesta Bowl or Guaranteed Rate Bowl ticket purchasers will qualify for a full refund or credit if their in-game experience is altered for any of the following reasons:
  • Change in seat location or number of tickets due to reduced-seating capacity/socially distanced
  • Game played with no fans permitted
  • Game date rescheduled
  • Game postponement
Should a qualifying event occur and require a reduced capacity or socially distanced game. If patron chooses to forego alternate seat location, they have the option of full refund or credit for next season.

  1. As a season ticket member, do I keep my tenure for the following season if I choose a full refund or credit from an altered in-game experience?
    • Yes. As a renewing 2021-22 season ticket member, you maintain your tenure status, seat locations, and all available benefits, including fixed pricing through the 2022-23 College Football Playoff Semifinal
 
  1. In what scenarios do I qualify for a refund or credit?
    • Change in seat location or number of tickets due to reduced seating capacity/social distancing
    • Game played with no fans permitted
    • Game date rescheduled
    • Game postponement
 
  1. What if I renewed my tickets, but do not feel safe attending the game?
    • The PlayStation© Fiesta Bowl and Guaranteed Rate Bowl will have fan safety at the foremost of our minds and work with our stadium partners and public health officials to have elevated procedures in place to ensure the safest environment possible. With that, if a season ticket member chooses not to attend the game, they can exercise the following options:
      • Offer the tickets to a family member, friend, business associate, etc.
      • Donate the tickets through our community champions program. The donations are tax deductible (please consult your tax professional).
      • Re-sell your tickets. Both options allow season ticket members to retain tenure status.
 
  1. If the game has reduced capacity seating or socially distanced locations, how do I qualify for a new seat location?
    • Seating relocations will be determined based on season ticket member tenure
 
  • Those that qualify for relocation will be presented one alternate location. If patron opts out of new location, they will be provided a full refund or credit for next season at their choosing
 
  1. How do I know if I qualify for a new alternate seat location?
    • Fiesta Bowl staff will contact accounts based on years of tenure. Representatives will begin with accounts of longest tenure. Accounts will be contacted with one new alternate location until new stadium capacity mandates are fulfilled
      • Example: 50-year member in Club VIP will have priority for one alternate seat location in Club VIP section. 50-year member in Lower Regular will have priority for one alternate seat option in Lower Regular section
    • Once a decision is made regarding altered stadium capacity, all season ticket member accounts will be contacted via phone call and email to go over available options
 
  1. As a member, if I qualify and accept my new alternate seat location, can I renew my original seats the following season?
    • Yes. Every season ticket member will be able to renew their original seat location for the 2022-23 season, whether accepting an alternate location or choosing a refund or credit
 
  1. If I purchase a ticket for this season and the in-game experience is altered (change in seat location, not qualified for new location, etc.) will I be able to keep my original seat for next season?
    • Yes. All purchasers of tickets prior to team selections will be able to renew their same seat selection during the renewal period for the following season
 
  1. What if I experience some sort of hardship due to COVID-19 after renewing or purchasing? Do I qualify for a refund or credit?
    • Unfortunately, no, if it does not fall into the exceptions based on a game alteration. We encourage anyone with a ticket that cannot attend due to an unforeseeable circumstance to consider a tax-free donation to the Fiesta Bowl Community Champions program, reselling the ticket, or giving the ticket to a family member or friend who can attend. *Please refer to bullet point 2 under the FAQ’s section
 
  1. What does a full refund or credit entail?
    • Full refund or credit includes the price of the ticket, any purchased or included pregame or parking passes, and any order or delivery charges. Additional fees include:
      • Commemorative ticket charge (if chosen by renewing member)
      • Renewal order charge
      • Credit Card Fees
      • Delivery order charge
      • Per item charges (applies to new purchases via web/mobile orders)
